Join us on Wednesdays for fresh flavors and fun for the whole family. Centered in the heart of downtown Evansville, Market on Main provides an excellent mid-week lunch spot with a variety of vendors and food trucks. Enjoy live music while you shop for the season’s best produce and artisanal goods. Meet us at the Ford Center Plaza to support local farmers, makers, musicians and more!
Market Programs
Power of Produce
Offered on market days in July, kids can visit the information booth at Market on Main and Franklin Street Bazaar and participate in a fruit and vegetable focused activity! Participants receive $2 in PoP Bucks to interact with farmers and purchase a healthy snack!
SNAP + Double Up
At Market on Main, SNAP-eligible residents can purchase vouchers at the info booth to shop for groceries from local producers. We offer Double Up, a SNAP-matching program that allows recipients to receive up to an additional $20 per market day to purchase fruits and vegetables. Vouchers can also be used at Franklin Street Bazaar on Saturdays.
We are currently accepting vendor applications for our 8th season! Returning vendors have priority in placement but we are excited to welcome new small businesses this year.
