Try it Tuesday! Parmesan Tomatoes

This might be the easiest recipe ever!  A wonderful way to use the beautiful tomatoes in season right now and extremely quick.  Perfect as a snack or side dish.

Parmesan Tomatoes

Ingredients:

Tomatoes of choice

Parmesan cheese

Fresh cracked pepper

Directions:

Slice tomatoes to about one half inch thick.  Place tomato slices on a sheet pan, add pepper to taste, place a generous scoop of grated parmesan cheese on each slice and spread it over the sliced tomato.  Place the pan under the broiler of the oven.  (Watch carefully as these burn quickly.) Broil until cheese is browned slightly; 3 to 4 minutes.  Serve immediately.
