Ingredients:
- 1 C sunflower seeds
- ½ C flax seeds
- ½ C toasted almonds or hazelnuts
- 1 ½ C gluten free oats
- 2 Tbs Chia seeds
- 3 Tbs psyllium husk powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 ½ C warm water
- 1 Tbs maple syrup
- 3 Tbs coconut oil, melted
Preparation:
- Mix all of the dry ingredients well
- Mix the wet liquids together, then add to the dry ingredients
- On a piece of parchment paper, form into a loaf shape; let sit for a minimum of 2 hours over overnight
- Bake on the parchment paper at 350 for 20 minutes on one side; flip onto the other side, directly onto the rack and bake for another 40 minutes
- Allow to cool a bit, before slicing
