Life Changing Bread

  • 1 C sunflower seeds
  • ½ C flax seeds
  • ½ C toasted almonds or hazelnuts
  • 1 ½ C gluten free oats
  • 2 Tbs Chia seeds
  • 3 Tbs psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 ½ C warm water
  • 1 Tbs maple syrup
  • 3 Tbs coconut oil, melted


  1. Mix all of the dry ingredients well
  2. Mix the wet liquids together, then add to the dry ingredients
  3. On a piece of parchment paper, form into a loaf shape; let sit for a minimum of 2 hours over overnight
  4. Bake on the parchment paper at 350 for 20 minutes on one side; flip onto the other side, directly onto the rack and bake for another 40 minutes
  5. Allow to cool a bit, before slicing
