Home Made Almond Butter

All you need is almonds and salt, and a food processor!

  1. Spread almonds onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Toast in a preheated 350 degree oven for 13 minutes. Allow to cool.
  3. Place toasted almonds and a smidge of salt into the food processor.
  4. Mix on high for 20 – 30 minutes, or as long as it takes to achieve the blended consistency you prefer.
  5. Scrape into a glass bowl with a good lid, where it can stay in the fridge for several weeks.
