Garlicky Greens


  • 1bunch each of chard, kale, or spinach washed, stemmed, and chopped into strips
  • 6 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • Coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Heat the coconut oil on a medium flame
  2. Add the garlic, then the greens, sprinkle the salt on top (hint: kale on the bottom, chard next, then spinach)
  3. Mix well. Sauté for ~ 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the leaves are wilted but not limp!
  4. Viola! Enjoy
