Ingredients:
- 1bunch each of chard, kale, or spinach washed, stemmed, and chopped into strips
- 6 cloves of garlic, chopped
- Coconut oil
- Pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Heat the coconut oil on a medium flame
- Add the garlic, then the greens, sprinkle the salt on top (hint: kale on the bottom, chard next, then spinach)
- Mix well. Sauté for ~ 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the leaves are wilted but not limp!
