Chocolate Bark, a truly easy and divine dessert!


  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Coconut oil
  • Toasted pumpkin seeds (no oil needed; place in a non-stick pan on medium heat, keep stirring as they brown and pop)
  • Tart dried dark cherries, chopped
  • Sea salt


  1. Melt the chocolate chips
  2. Add in/melt in the coconut oil
  3. Add toasted pumpkin seeds and dried cherries; mix well
  4. Pour onto a piece of parchment paper, placed in a casserole dish or on a cookie sheet
  5. Sprinkle a light dusting of salt
  6. Place into the freezer; when it’s frozen through, break the bark into pieces…and enjoy!
