Ingredients
- Dark chocolate chips
- Coconut oil
- Toasted pumpkin seeds (no oil needed; place in a non-stick pan on medium heat, keep stirring as they brown and pop)
- Tart dried dark cherries, chopped
- Sea salt
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate chips
- Add in/melt in the coconut oil
- Add toasted pumpkin seeds and dried cherries; mix well
- Pour onto a piece of parchment paper, placed in a casserole dish or on a cookie sheet
- Sprinkle a light dusting of salt
- Place into the freezer; when it’s frozen through, break the bark into pieces…and enjoy!
