Hill View Farms is a farming operation run by the Gilles family in Owensboro, Kentucky. For five generations the Gilles family has been innovators in the world of agriculture, seeking new techniques to improve the quality of their farm from crop to livestock.
In 2013, the Gilles family took notice of a community need for locally raised beef, and from there Hill View Farms Meats was born. This need sparked the idea of becoming a local source of quality homegrown meat. Today, Hill View Farms Market has become a brick and mortar company that offers locally raised beef, pork and chicken and many more offerings from locally sourced dairy products to vegetables to many Kentucky Proud products you’ve grown to know and love.
