Try it Tuesday! Easy Sautéed Greens

This recipe is fantastic for having something really nourishing on hand that goes with just about anything.  Keep it in your fridge and add to a whole host of dishes.  Try putting it in eggs, in soup or broth, smeared onto a sandwich, served over your protein, or as a simple side dish!

Easy Sautéed Greens

4 Cups of an type of fresh greens.  Try chard, spinach, kale, bok choy, mustard greens, or anything that you enjoy!

1-4 Cloves Minced Garlic

2 TBS Olive oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

Lemon (opetional)

Chop your greens as fine as you’d like.  Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and add in greens, garlic, and salt/pepper.  Stir continually until they are all cooked down and transfer to a bowl. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice before eating if desired.  Store in the fridge for up to 3 days (if they last that long).  Enjoy!
