Try it Tuesday! Easy Sautéed Greens

March 18, 2022 by Robin Mallery Leave a Comment

This recipe is fantastic for having something really nourishing on hand that goes with just about anything.  Keep it in your fridge and add to a whole host of dishes.  Try putting it in eggs, in soup or broth, smeared onto a sandwich, served over your protein, or as a simple side dish!

Easy Sautéed Greens

4 Cups of an type of fresh greens.  Try chard, spinach, kale, bok choy, mustard greens, or anything that you enjoy!

1-4 Cloves Minced Garlic

2 TBS Olive oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

Lemon (opetional)

Chop your greens as fine as you’d like.  Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and add in greens, garlic, and salt/pepper.  Stir continually until they are all cooked down and transfer to a bowl. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice before eating if desired.  Store in the fridge for up to 3 days (if they last that long).  Enjoy!
